So this past Sunday we had our first normal schedule of church here in KW. We leave for church at about 8:30am and we finish up at around 4:30pm. We're there first for the Family Ward that meets, then we have meetings, and then we have the YSA Branch meetings. It's actually awesome, though, I will be making sure to bring food for lunch in between so I don't starve! It's strange working with people my own age, definitely an adjustment. But it's fun and I know I'm going to really like serving with the Branch. We've had snow the past few weeks on and off and it's strange to think winter is almost here. There was snow at the MTC when I started, and now I'm seeing snow again. It's weird to think that it is starting to be that time again. This past week has been harder than usual, we had a lot of bombed appointments and it got me down a little bit. But that's what the Atonement is for! We can turn to Christ for anything, and through Him, we can make the most out of EVERY situation. I am so grateful for the blessing this gospel is in my life. In other news, we're teaching a lot of amazing people at the moment! One of our investigators, Peter, is the bomb. He's been coming to church for weeks, helped us teach a lesson, bears his testimony in Sunday School, attends all of the YSA activities, it's the best! However...he's been having a hard time figuring out if he actually believes in God. We've been praying really hard that his faith will continue to grow so that he can be baptized next Sunday. Yesterday at church, he told us that he thinks he may be starting to believe. It's so amazing to see God answering our prayers and his.
Love you all so much and keep warm!
